PowerPoint to PDF — In a Shareable Form
Converting presentation material to PDF means the recipient doesn't have to open PowerPoint, and problems like shifted slides or swapped fonts are reduced.
This tool reads the coordinates and sizes of shapes within slides and places them in the same spot on the PDF page. The page size follows the original slide ratio (16:9, 4:3, etc.), so no margins appear.
Turning on the option to include speaker notes adds a page organizing the notes after each slide. It's handy for making a hand-out to prepare for a talk.
Limits of this tool
- Animations and transitions can't be captured in a PDF, so only the final state remains.
- Background images and decorative elements from slide masters/layouts aren't converted.
- Charts and SmartArt aren't converted. Those areas may appear empty.
- Shape styles like fill, border, and shadow aren't reflected; mostly text and images are carried over.
- Fonts are unified to a default typeface (size, weight, and color kept).
How to use

Upload the presentation to convert and the slide count and aspect ratio are read and shown.

Decide whether to append speaker notes. This option has no effect on files without notes.

A PDF is created in the original slide order.

How are your files handled?
The PPTX file is unzipped and read for slide info in your browser. Images embedded in slides also never leave your device.
