Excel Files to PDF — Sheets Tidied into Tables
A spreadsheet is a document with no inherent notion of pages. So when making a PDF, you must decide where to break pages and how wide to lay out columns. This tool reads the cell values and redraws them as a readable table.
Each sheet starts on a new page, and the first row is taken as a header shown with a background color at the top of each page. Wide tables with many columns feel less cramped in landscape orientation.
Numbers are right-aligned, and cells with a date format are shown as dates rather than serial numbers. Formulas use the last calculated result stored in the file, not the formula itself.
Limits of this tool
- Charts, shapes, conditional formatting, and cell background colors aren't converted. Only cell values become the table.
- Merged cells are shown split into individual cells.

- Print-area and page-break settings aren't reflected; it re-paginates by this tool's rules.
- Tables with very many columns can end up with small text. Use landscape output too.
How to use

Select an XLSX file
Upload the workbook to convert. The number of sheets and rows is read and shown.

Pick landscape if you have many columns. You can also set whether to show sheet names and repeat headers.
